How Cupids Network handles information

This policy explains how Cupids Network handles information when you visit our website, use Cupid, contact us, or connect a provider such as Google Workspace. We aim to collect what is needed to operate the service and keep connected-provider data within the requested workflow.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to Cupids Network and the Cupid software service operated through cupidsnetwork.com. In a customer workspace, the customer may decide why prospect, contact and campaign information is processed; that customer remains responsible for its own notices, lawful basis, retention rules and instructions.

Information we collect

Account and workspace information such as your name, email address, organisation, role, authentication records and workspace settings.

Operational information you or your team place in Cupid, including contacts, companies, tasks, campaign activity, meetings, notes, call metadata and suppression preferences.

Provider information when you connect an integration. For Google Workspace this can include your account identity, refresh/access token material, Gmail permissions and Calendar permissions required for the actions you request. We do not use connected mailbox or calendar data for unrelated advertising.

Technical information such as device, browser, log, security and service-performance data needed to keep the platform operating.

How we use information

To authenticate users, provide workspaces and permissions, operate CRM, outreach, email, calendar, booking, reporting and support features, and protect the service.

To send or retrieve information from a connected provider only when a user or authorised workspace member requests a supported action, such as sending an email or creating a calendar event.

To troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, prevent abuse, enforce workspace controls and meet legal or security obligations.

Google API data

When you connect Google Workspace, Cupid uses Google API data to provide the connected Gmail and Calendar features you enable. Google data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to determine credit, insurance, employment or similar eligibility. Access can be revoked from your Google Account security settings or by disconnecting the integration in Cupid. After revocation, Cupid may retain limited CRM activity and audit records needed for the workspace, subject to the applicable customer retention settings.

Sharing and providers

We may use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email, calendars, telephony, analytics, security and support. They receive only the information needed for the relevant service. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a legitimate business transfer.

Retention and security

We use access controls, workspace separation, protected integration storage and operational logging intended to reduce unauthorised access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Retention depends on the account, workspace settings, provider records and legal or operational requirements; request deletion or export through the account owner or by contacting us.

Your choices and contact

You may request access, correction, export, deletion or disconnection of information where applicable. Contact [email protected] with the workspace and account details needed to identify the request. We may need to verify the requester and coordinate with the relevant customer workspace owner.
