The rules for using Cupid

These terms govern access to Cupids Network and the Cupid software, including connected outreach, email, calendar, telephony, data and SDR services. By using the service, you agree to operate it lawfully and responsibly.

The service

Cupids Network provides software and related operating services for CRM, prospecting, outbound communication, meetings, reporting, SDR capacity and infrastructure. Features depend on the plan, workspace permissions, connected providers, market availability and applicable law.

Your account and workspace

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access credentials, assigning appropriate permissions and all activity performed through your workspace. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person, or use the service to access data you are not authorised to use.

Acceptable use

You must not use Cupid for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, fraudulent or unsolicited activity that violates applicable rules or provider terms. You are responsible for your data sources, consent or lawful basis, suppression lists, calling hours, recording notices, message content and recipient requests. Manual LinkedIn workflows are designed to keep the user in control; Cupid does not guarantee that a third-party account will never be restricted.

Connected providers

Google, Microsoft, Meta, telephony, calendar, email and other connected providers have their own terms, limits, pricing and enforcement decisions. You authorise Cupid to perform the provider actions you request, and you remain responsible for selecting appropriate scopes, accounts and provider configurations. A provider outage, policy change or rejection may limit a feature.

Your content and data

You retain responsibility for the data, copy, recordings, contacts, files and other content you place in Cupid. You grant Cupids Network the limited rights needed to host, process, display and transmit that content to provide the service. Do not upload information unless you have the right and lawful basis to do so.

Fees, changes and suspension

Paid plans, usage charges, carrier costs, provider fees and SDR or managed-service fees are disclosed through the relevant order or plan. We may change features, limits or pricing with reasonable notice. We may restrict or suspend access where necessary for security, non-payment, provider requirements, legal compliance or material misuse.

The service is provided on an availability basis and is not legal, financial, employment, compliance or security advice. Outbound results depend on the offer, market, data, people, providers and execution. To the extent permitted by law, Cupids Network is not responsible for indirect losses, provider decisions, unlawful customer activity or business outcomes outside its reasonable control.
