Enterprise outbound sales platform + operating infrastructure

Find leads. Remember the data. Run outreach. Book the meeting.

Cupids Network is a B2B outbound sales platform and operating network built for governed, multi-team operations. It connects B2B data, Magic Enrich, Cupid CRM and sales dialing, multichannel workflows, supported telephony, dedicated SDR capacity and managed outbound.

Deploy Cupid alongside an internal sales team or across a broader outbound operation. Preserve prospect history, coordinate permissions and workflows, and connect supported Twilio, Telnyx or Plivo accounts directly so provider ownership and usage remain visible.

Popular Cupid capabilities

Features matter when they remove cost, admin or lost sales context.

Keep prospect data, outreach and next actions connected. Power and parallel dialling are included from Core, with no separate Cupid dialler add-on or markup on connected-carrier minutes. Pro adds data workflows, white labelling and Developer Access. Carrier and third-party usage remain separate.

See all features

Power + parallel dialer

Choose focused single-line calling or higher-throughput parallel dialing from the same campaign and CRM context.

Sales dialer

CRM memory

Keep contacts, companies, calls, meetings, suppression and campaign activity on a persistent record so the next campaign starts with the data you already have.

CRM dialer

Magic Enrich

Reveal missing business contact data on selected prospects and retain useful results on the CRM record instead of blindly enriching every list again.

Magic Enrich

One-click booking

Move from a live conversation into connected-calendar meeting creation and keep meeting or RSVP state attached to the lead timeline.

Meeting booking

Multichannel workflows

Coordinate email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn-assisted outreach around the same lead history and campaign context.

All features

Migration + switching

Move customer-controlled CRM data with mapping, warnings, staged jobs and migration reports, or ask Cupids Network to help coordinate the cutover.

Migration

Provider-flexible telephony

Keep the carrier relationship visible instead of hiding it inside the software bill.

Cupid is designed around supported customer-connected telephony providers. Carrier policy, identity, coverage and usage remain provider responsibilities; Cupid supplies the CRM and outbound operating layer around the connection.

Data memory

Reuse useful contact history instead of treating every campaign as a blank database.

Carrier choice

Supported Twilio, Telnyx and Plivo paths keep the provider layer separate.

People

Use your own team or add dedicated SDR capacity from the network.

Operations

Run Cupid yourself or combine it with managed outbound and migration help.

FAQs

What Cupids Network is — and how the model works.

Can we white label Cupid or own a private build?

Cupid Pro includes white-label workspace branding and Developer Access. For a private CRM and dialler on your own domain and infrastructure, book a scoping call. The delivered build has a one-off project price and no recurring Cupids software licence fee; hosting, telephony, third-party APIs and optional maintenance remain separate.

Which markets do you support?

Cupids Network supports international outbound teams, including the United Kingdom, United States, South Africa and Australia. We scope carrier coverage, time zones, data and operating requirements before launch. Staffed customer support is available 24/7; technical resolution depends on the issue and provider involvement.

What is Cupids Network?

Cupids Network is an outbound sales platform and operating network. It brings together B2B data, Cupid outbound software, connected telephony providers, SDR talent, managed outbound and outbound infrastructure.

What is Cupid?

Cupid is the software inside Cupids Network. It combines CRM history, power and parallel dialing, email and messaging workflows, meeting booking, pipeline, QA, analytics and team controls around the same lead record.

What is Magic Enrich?

Magic Enrich is the buyer-facing name for Cupid's enrichment workflow: reveal missing business contact data on selected prospects and retain useful results on the CRM record.

How does Cupid reduce duplicate data spend?

Cupid is designed to preserve existing usable contact data and history, and its Data & Leads discovery flow can exclude existing CRM contacts. That can reduce unnecessary repeat enrichment or repurchasing when the workspace already has the information.

Do you mark up telephony usage?

Cupid is designed so customers connect supported carrier accounts directly rather than buying marked-up calling minutes from Cupid. Current supported provider paths include Twilio, Telnyx and Plivo.

Can I migrate from another CRM or dialer?

Yes. Cupid supports customer-controlled CSV/XLSX migration with field mapping, duplicate and warning review, migration jobs and reports. Managed migration assistance is also available.

Can I use Cupids Network with my internal sales team?

Yes. Companies can use Cupid and Cupids Network Data with their existing team, add SDR capacity from the network, or use the managed outbound model.

How does Cupids Network approach outbound compliance?

Cupid provides operational controls around permissions, suppression, provider setup, data handling and recording settings. Customers remain responsible for the rules, provider terms and lawful basis that apply to their campaign and market.
