Managed SDR cost calculator

A simpler way to estimate your outbound team.

Managed SDRs start from £1,250 per SDR per month. Standard campaign data is included in the agreed SDR campaign scope. Choose your market, team size and carrier to understand the pricing model without hiding provider usage inside the service fee.

Pricing for United States

Detecting your market… Change it at any time. Cupid keeps the same base commercial price worldwide, while this page converts it into the selected country's currency using current FX data. Carrier usage still follows the live provider rate card for the destination you call.

Country-specific pricing note: use the market selector above to open the live Twilio/Telnyx destination pricing source for the country you call. The numeric carrier model below deliberately remains a controlled US-local benchmark until live destination-rate data is connected, rather than inventing or caching a foreign rate that may be wrong.

Your setup

Only the inputs that matter.

What the £1,250 starting point means. It is the starting monthly price for a managed SDR under the standard campaign scope. Standard campaign data is included. If a campaign needs unusually specialised or expensive data, higher data volume, or a more experienced/senior SDR profile, the final price can be higher and is agreed with the client before work begins.
US benchmark assumption: 50 connected conversation hours and one local number per SDR each month, using current US local pay-as-you-go list pricing. Cupid's current phone-bridge flow uses two outbound carrier legs during a connected conversation: the rep leg and the prospect leg. Other destinations use the live provider rate selected above, not this benchmark.

Data is included in the managed SDR scope

The standard prospect data required for the agreed campaign is included rather than presented as a separate calculator line item.

Special requirements are scoped first

Specialist datasets, unusual enrichment requirements or a more experienced SDR can change the final monthly price. That is discussed and agreed before launch.

Carrier spend stays transparent

Cupid does not invent an unlimited-call allowance. The country selector sends you to the live destination pricing source, while the numeric example remains an explicitly labelled US benchmark and the connected carrier account remains the billing source of truth.
