Switch from CloudTalk

Do not rebuild your sales process around another dialer. Move the process into Cupid.

Cupid combines CRM history, power and parallel dialing, email workflows, one-click meeting booking, data workflows and team operations while letting supported customer-controlled telephony providers bill you directly. Migration is mapped around the data, fields, integrations and follow-up process your team already uses.

Keep carrier cost direct

Cupid's current pricing model applies 0% Cupid telephony markup on supported customer-connected providers. If another compatible provider offers better commercial terms, coverage or call quality, we can evaluate that integration rather than forcing one carrier bundle.

Own the outbound record

Calls, contacts, outcomes, Smart Views, meetings, campaigns and follow-up context can live around the same lead record instead of making the phone layer another isolated system.

Fit Cupid to your process

Map controlled customer data into the CRM, configure fields and workflows, create custom-branded email templates and outreach designs, and connect the meeting and follow-up process your team actually needs.

Move with onboarding + dev support

We can stage imports, supported carrier setup, mailbox and calendar workflows before cutover. Cupid Pro also includes direct Developer Access for in-scope workflow and integration work.

Telephony

Pay the supported carrier directly. Keep the sales workflow in Cupid.

Cupid separates the software seat from provider usage so variable telephony costs remain visible. The current public pricing configuration states 0% Cupid telephony markup.

  • Supported customer-owned carrier accounts
  • Direct provider billing
  • No Cupid percentage markup on carrier usage
  • Provider choice can be evaluated around cost, quality, coverage and policy

Outbound stack

Bring CRM, dialing, email and booking into the same process

Cupid is designed as the outbound operating layer, not only a calling screen.

  • Built-in outbound CRM + Smart Views
  • Power and parallel dialing included from Core
  • Custom email workflows and branded templates
  • One-click meeting booking + follow-up

Onboarding + migration

Map the system around the way your team sells

We review the controlled data you are moving, the fields your reps need, the supported carrier path, email and calendar setup, hand-off rules and follow-up logic before production cutover.

  • CSV/XLSX migration + field mapping
  • Workflow and pipeline configuration
  • Custom email template/design setup
  • Supported provider, mailbox and calendar checks
  • Pro Developer Access for in-scope workflow/integration improvements

Buyer value

When staying on CloudTalk may still make sense

CloudTalk is a mature phone-system and contact-centre product. If deep telephony operations, an existing integration estate or current call-centre routing matters more than outbound-stack consolidation, staying can be the better operational choice.

Phone-system depth

Do not move purely for a cheaper software seat if your team depends on mature telephony workflows Cupid has not yet proven in your environment.

Pilot before cutover

Validate call quality, routing, provider setup, imports, rep workflow and meeting hand-off before moving production traffic.

See sales dialer

Compare total cost

Model the software seat, dialer add-ons, carrier usage, CRM, data, enrichment and meeting-tool costs together rather than comparing one license line.

Responsible outbound

Carrier coverage, call quality, number availability, traffic requirements and automated-calling permissions remain subject to the telephony provider selected by the customer. New provider integrations depend on technical compatibility, provider policy and agreed development scope. Test representative production scenarios before switching.

Questions

Make the buying decision with the operating model clear.

Can Cupid replace CloudTalk for outbound sales?

Cupid is designed to cover outbound calling plus built-in CRM, email workflow, meeting booking, data and team context. Whether it should replace an existing CloudTalk setup depends on the phone-system features and integrations your team actually uses.

Does Cupid support power and parallel dialing?

Yes. Current Cupid Core positioning includes power and parallel dialing in the software. The calling mode used in production remains subject to the connected provider's terms and approval.

Does Cupid mark up my telephony minutes?

Cupid's current public pricing configuration states 0% telephony markup on supported customer-connected providers. Provider usage, numbers, taxes and optional provider features are billed separately under that provider's terms.

Can Cupid fit our own fields and sales process?

That is a core part of the model. Onboarding can map controlled customer data, CRM fields, workflow stages, email templates, booking and follow-up logic around the agreed process. Pro also includes direct Developer Access for in-scope workflow and integration work.

Can you integrate a cheaper telephony provider if we find one?

Cupid can evaluate another provider when it offers suitable cost, coverage or quality. Integration is subject to technical compatibility, provider policy, compliance requirements and development scope; it is not an automatic promise that every carrier can be connected.
